Hope for Tomorrow is the UK's mobile cancer care charity. The charity designs, builds and maintains specialist mobile cancer care units that bring vital cancer services into communities, making them more accessible for people across the country. Every 75 seconds, someone in the UK is told they have cancer, and where cancer care happens matters.
Hope for Tomorrow currently operates 14 mobile cancer care units across the UK in partnership with NHS trusts. These mobile units help patients save time, reduce travel costs and minimise the additional stress often associated with hospital visits, while enabling them to access high-quality cancer care within their communities. They also play an important role in improving access to services for people living in rural, coastal and other underserved areas, helping to reduce barriers and address health inequalities.
Hope for Tomorrow receives no statutory funding and relies entirely on voluntary donations and fundraising support to keep its mobile cancer care units on the road, maintain its existing fleet and expand its services, helping more people access vital cancer care within their local communities.
